I Stopped Random PTE Core Practice and Built a Better Study Loop
When I first started preparing for PTE Core, I made the same mistake many test takers make: I practiced a lot, but not in a structured way. I was doing questions every day, but I couldn’t clearly tell what was improving and what was stuck. What changed for me was building a simple feedback loop instead of just “doing more.” First, I set a score target before practicing. Instead of guessing, I mapped my target score to CLB first, then planned my practice around that target. This gave me a clear direction from day one.
